Wrong Size? We'll Swap It
Ordered the wrong tray size? Return within 30 days and we'll send the correct size for free â no restocking fee.
Cracks, Splits & Warping
Large dogs are tough on trays. Coverage includes structural failure from normal use â even if your 90 lb lab puts a dent in it.
Wear-Out Replacement
After 12 months of daily use, if the tray is past its useful life, we replace it (Lifetime plan only â once per year).
Multi-Dog Households
One plan covers the tray, no matter how many dogs use it. Lifetime plan covers multi-dog wear & tear for 3 years.
Free Shipping Both Ways
We pay for shipping the replacement to you and return shipping for the damaged one. Print a label, drop it off, done.

My dog already chewed it. Can I still buy protection?
Yes â protection starts the moment your replacement tray arrives. Existing damage isn't covered, but every day after delivery is.
How do I file a claim?
Email support@mofbeawk.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We approve most claims within 24 hours and send a prepaid return label.
Does the plan cover all tray sizes?
Yes â 35", 36", 42", 45.1", 46", and 47" trays are all covered. If we add new sizes, your plan follows.
What if my dog outgrows the tray?
Active Dog and Lifetime plans include one free size swap. Send back the old tray and we'll send the next size up at no charge.
Is there a deductible per claim?
No. You pay $0 beyond the plan price. We cover the full replacement cost and all shipping.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Full refund within 30 days, prorated refund after that. No cancellation fees.
What's NOT covered?
Damage from fire, intentional destruction, or use with a non-crated animal. Lost or stolen trays aren't covered (Lifetime plan includes theft protection up to $50).
